Assembled a custom-built PC optimized for both demanding Machine Learning workloads for my Master’s degree in Data Science and high-performance gaming. I conducted in-depth research and meticulous component selection, prioritizing a powerful Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) essential for parallel data processing in Machine Learning. Other hardware components were carefully chosen to prevent bottlenecks and ensure overall system performance, particularly complementing the GPU's capabilities.

Successfully replaced the cracked screen of a mobile phone by finding the appropriate compatible component online (For this experiment, I opted for a minimally damaged screen to keep costs down, as this was an older phone I no longer used as my primary device, having already purchased a new one.) and then carefully disassembled and reassembled the phone components with specialized tools to protect delicate hardware components during the process. Finally restored full functionality of the device.

Diagnosed a critical laptop boot failure (BIOS) by disassembling the laptop and systematically testing components and accurately identified a faulty RAM module as the root cause. Sourced and ordered a compatible RAM module online. Replaced the RAM module component with the new one and reassembled it, successfully restoring full functionality of the laptop, I also added an NVMe M.2 SDD for additional, faster storage.

Developed, deployed and launched a professional online portfolio website showcasing my resume and project portfolio. This site was built from the ground up utilizing HTML for structure, CSS for styling and responsive design, and JavaScript for enhanced interactivity, demonstrating practical front-end web development skills. It was deployed using Google firebase webhosting service and a custom domain providing optimized performance and security.

As a computer scientist with hands-on technical skills, I successfully upgraded my Mitsubishi Lancer 2010,s outdated stereo system (CD player, no blutooth) to a modern Android-based LCD touchscreen head unit with GPS, Bluetooth, Youtube, and advanced multimedia features. After researching wiring compatibility, I disassembled the dashboard, connected the new unit to the car's harness using an adapter, and securing it for seamless functionality. This project demonstrates my ability to troubleshoot, adapt tech integrations and work with both hardware and software systems.
